Poker Heaven is a Boss Media powered site and payments are handled by "Webdollar" meaning you are sent a PIN number in the post which is needed before large transfers are allowed. The software is actually the best we have played at for ease of use and nice features. The customer service can be slow and send C+P answers which dont actually "answer" anything though. As long as you dont need any support they are highly recommended and payments are made within hours of being requested. (May 2010)
