"Fivers" Claim

1. To claim the £5 reward you must be a "new" user to the relevant site and the link must have "tracked" and registered that you joined through this sites recommended list.
2. The minimum playing requirement is that £25 must have been deposited and £25+ of wagers must have been made.
3. Claims must be submitted using the form and contain details of the site you joined and the date.
4. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of joining or they will not be valid.
5. Claims will be processed in the first week of each month.
6. Payments will be made via moneybookers only, the minimum payment amount is £25.
7. Only ACTIVE forum members at TheGamblersUnderground are eligible to recieve the cashback rewards.
8. To be classed as an active forum member you will have posted either usefull, informative, funny or lucrative posts, and contributed positively to the overall community. Examples would be posting about new offers you find, commenting on what you did to tackle them and helping others with any questions of asked. There is no limit to how many posts you need to make but a good rule of thumb would be one post a week.

Competition Prizes

1. To claim a prize submissions must be E-mailed to accounts@thegamblingtimes.com including which competition you won and enclosing a screenshot as proof.
2. Prizes will be awarded to the first submission recieved.
3. Winner details will be published on the site Payments will be made by UK Sterling Cheque

Watchdog Claims

1. Only legitimate complaints will be investigated after the member has made every reasonable effort to solve the situation themselves first.
2. Fraudulent or Malicious claims will not be tolerated.

Refer-A-Friend Terms

1. The Gambling Times will pay 10% of the commission paid to each new friend brought to the site by a current member. So for example Joe tells Harry about TGU and associated sites, when Harry registers as a user at TGU he puts "Joe" in the referrer field, Harry then joins 5 new bookmakers from the TGT lists and tells everyone what he did at TGU. At the end of the month Harry is paid £25 and Joe £2.50. Next month Harry may have joined another two sites and won £25 in the POTW competition, Harry gets paid £35 and Joe £3.50, etc etc etc. Joe can refer as many friends as he likes and his commission will be paid on top of his own cashback automatically each month. By "new friend" we mean colleagues, team mates in your sports club, etc etc that you tell about the site and who become full active members.
2. They must be real people actively gambling on their own behalf, therefore aliases, multiple identities, husband/wife combinations etc etc will not count.
