24SportsWeb are a sportsbook which operate under a Costa Rican license. They are however a little more British friendly because although accounts are only available in US$ you can view odds in decimals. They offer a wide range of deposit options and have a greater range of markets than most American sites. There downside is the email response is slow and although live chat is good its rarely actually "live".
