With the title and relegation already decided, all eyes are on the battle for top-four, with Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal still fighting for a Champions League place.
Man City are very much in the driving seat to seal a place in the top-four as they travel to Watford. A draw would guarantee a Champions League place, but maybe not third depending on Liverpool’s place.
Liverpool entertain Middlesbrough at Anfield, knowing a win would be enough for them.
Arsenal take on Everton – and they go into the game, one point behind Liverpool and three behind City, so they not only need a win but need results to go their way.
There is also the chance of a play-offs between all three teams, but that would take some unlikely results.
Away from the battle for the top-four, the other major battle is for eighth place, with three teams able to finish in there.
Southampton are in pole position as if they will seal the spot if they beat Stoke City, but a slip-up by The Saints will allow West Bromwich Albion to move above them.
The Baggies are at Swansea City, and if they should fail to win that would open up the chance for Bournemouth to finish eighth.
Bournemouth travel to Leicester, who in theory can finish level with Southampton in eighth, but to go above them they would need a nine-goal swing.
At Stamford Bridge champions Chelsea will officially pick up the trophy as they host relegated Sunderland and a win will see them become the first team in history to win 30 games.
Runners-up Tottenham travel to Hull City, whilst Burnley host West Ham at Turf Moor.
Europa League finalists Manchester United entertain Crystal Palace at Old Trafford.
