Table toppers Castleford Tigers host third place Salford this weekend as they look to continue their dominance of Super League.

Castleford are eight points clear, but they only just got the better of Wakefield last week with a narrow one point win.

They host Salford, who dropped to third after being comfortably beaten at home by Leeds.

The Rhinos look the strongest of the chasing pack after moving into second and they welcome Hull FC to Headingley this week.

The weekend opener sees defending champions Wigan host Warrington with The Warriors looked to move into the top-six. Warrington’s huge win over Leigh helped move them into ninth, and away from the wrong end of the table.

Basement side Leigh could move off the bottom-of-the-table with a win over Huddersfield – but only if Widness fail to win, with The Vikings hosting Wakefield.

The weekend action comes to a close with St Helens clash at home to Catalans and the Saints will be looking to close the gap on the top-five.

13 July 2017 20:00 Wigan v Warrington

Match odds: Wigan 1/3 Draw 15/1 Warrington 12/5
BetFred says: Wigan looking to build on upturn in form and great chance to add to Wire woe and should win by ten

14 July 2017 20:00 Widnes v Wakefield

Match odds: Widnes 7/4 Draw 22/1 Wakefield 1/2
BetFred says: Lowly Widnes will be lucky to get anything even at home against midtable opposition so Trinity triumph by ten

20:00 Leeds v Hull

Match odds: Leeds 8/13 Draw 22/1 Hull 11/8
BetFred says: Leeds now second in great form but Hull will make it tough so home win by six

20:00 Huddersfield v Leigh

Match odds: Huddersfield 1/5 Draw 33/1 Leigh 7/2
BetFred says: Giants to put Leigh to the sword with straight forward triumph by 20

20:00 Castleford v Salford

Match odds: Castleford 2/9 Draw 28/1 Salford 10/3
BetFred says: Salford will have to be back to their very best to get anything at leaders Cas but will find it tough in jungle and home side will win by 12

16 July 2017 20:00 St Helens v Catalans

Match odds: St Helens 1/5 Draw 33/1 Catalans 7/2
BetFred says: Super Sunday and can see only a Saints home win v inconsistent Catalans, but close by four.
