Market Movers with Unibet – Mar 18

Unibet Racing’s Will Petit brings us their biggest market moves and ones to watch from Monday’s racing action.

Three market movers on the day plus an antepost mover for the Grand National

Deadly Approach

7/2 from 13/2

This is a trappy little four runner affair but we’ve seen really strong support for DEADLY APPROACH who is already bottom weight here before taking into account his jockey’s 7lb claim. He ran well in a better race than this when placing two starts ago and this contest against significantly older rivals does look a good chance to get his head in front again.

Another Venture

2/1 from 4/1

Kim Bailey reaches for the visor for ANOTHER VENTURE who is back on his last winning mark here today. He probably didn’t stay the extreme trip at a stiff track last time out and looks to have an obvious chance here back at a trip he definitely handles.

Ericas Lad

5/2 from 5/1

ERICAS LAD might be out of the handicap but that hasn’t stopped our punters smashing into him. The 8yo remains unexposed having shaped with promise on his handicap chase debut before unseating when a very well backed favourite last time out. It’ll be fascinating to see how he gets on today.

Vintage Clouds

14/1 from 16/1

VINTAGE CLOUDS ran a cracker to be second in the Ultima and we’ve seen nibbles for him to win the Grand National next month. He’s placed in both Scottish and Welsh Grand Nationals and the 9yo’s trainer knows exactly what it takes to win this race!
