Super League Preview – Week 9

Leaders St Helens remain on top of Super League with eight wins from eight and they will look to maintain their perfect start to the new season this week.

Hull KR vs Leeds Rhinos

Match odds: Hull KR 11/8, Leeds 4/6, Draw 22/1

Betfred says: Two inconsistent sides at the bottom of the table get the show underway in what’s a very tough tie to call. Leeds Rhinos may well come unstock once more against Hull KR here and lose by 4pts.

Castleford Tigers vs Wigan Warriors

Match odds: Castleford 8/11, Wigan 11/10, Draw 25/1

Betfred says: Possibly the game of the round sees recent improvers Wigan at Castleford. The Tigers were unlucky to lose to the Rhinos and will looking to bounce back at home with a win by 8pts.

Wakefield Trinity vs Huddersfield Giants

Match odds: Wakefield 4/9, Huddersfield 7/4, Draw 20/1

Betfred says: Wakefield are in pretty solid form this campaign and will surely be too much for the Giants, with a win by at least 12pts on the cards.

Warrington Wolves vs London Broncos

Match odds: Warrington 1/40, London 10/1, Draw 40/1

Betfred says: Warrington, brimming with confidence after their convincing win at Hull FC last week, will show no mercy to the lowly London Broncos and could win by 30 pts.

Catalans Dragons vs St Helens

Match odds: Catalans 11/4, Saints 1/4, Draw 25/1

Betfred says: Saints take their 100% record to France and although the Dragons will be breathing fire after their mauling at Wigan, expect the Betfred Super League leaders to come away with a triumph by at least 16pts.

Salford Red Devils vs Hull FC

Match odds: Salford 8/11, Hull FC 11/10, Draw 20/1

Betfred says: Salford will want to keep in-touch with the leading pack and should make home advantage count against the bruised Black and Whites – winning by 6pts.
