Juventus boss Max Allegri has been backed in by Bookmakers as the new favourite to take over at Arsenal.
Arsene Wenger announced last week that he would be leaving The Emirates at the end of the season and host of names were linked.
Former Barcelona coach Luis Enrique emerged as the early favourite with contact between the two parties, but now there has been major money for Juve chief Allegri – who has long been linked with various roles in England.
Allegri has now seen his odds more than halved, going from 6/1 to 5/2, with Enrique out to 4/1 whilst Patrick Vieira has seen his price drift to 12/1.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “It’s all change at the head of the Next Arsenal Manager market with Allegri now proving popular with punters.”
