With champion trainer-elect, John Gosden, represented by four market leaders on Champions day, Bookmakers are fearing what could happen at Ascot this weekend.

Coral has opened betting on how many of the Group race quartet – Cracksman, Roaring Lion, Lah Ti Dar and Stradivarius – will triumph at Ascot on Saturday, and make two their 11-8 favourite.

It’s 20-1 that all four win, but 12-1 that the Newmarket handler draws a big race blank.

“Another trainers’ title looks a formality for John Gosden, and as he heads to Champions day with a star-studded team, he could well crown his season in style, with two odds-on favourites among his well-fancied Ascot runners,” said Coral’s David Stevens.
