With Bradley Wiggins ruled out of The Jump following a fracture to his leg, some bookmakers believe that the show may not last to the end of the current series.
A string of injuries hit the last series and this series Wiggins has now joined Vogue Williams in pulling out after she was hurt just before the first episode.
Amy Willerton replaced Williams and now force X-Factor and Jungle star Jake Quickenden has come in for Wiggins.
TheGamblingTimes.com’s showbiz guru is actor and singer Neil Grainger and he told us: “The negative press directly before the show started and it’s record of injuries probably means they will pull it before the end.
“Wiggins leaving is a real blow and I was real hoping my mate Mark Dolan was gonna become the new Eddie the Eagle!”
WilliamHill are now offering 6/1 that the current series will be taken off air before it finishes.
“There have already been two injuries and it seems as though this year’s series could be beset by injuries much like last year’s” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
