With the news that Bernardo Silva has arrived in Manchester ahead of sealing a transfer to Man City, Bookmakers have closed their books on him making the move.
The 22-year-old attacking midfielder is understood to have flown into England on Thursday evening, after being given permission to travel by Monaco.

Silva, who has been one of Monaco’s star turns this season as they won Ligue 1 and made the semi-finals of the Champions League.
The Portuguese international was linked with a move to City’s rivals Manchester United, but it is The Etihad where he is heading in a deal worth in excess of £60million.
Silva, who had also been linked with the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona, is now close to finalising a move to City.
