The last five games of the third round take place on Wednesday and it sees the real big boys enter the fray, including holders Manchester United.
United begin their defence at Old Trafford as they host Championship minnows Burton Albion.
Like United, Chelsea and Everton also host opposition from the Championship as they entertain Nottingham Forest and Sunderland respectively.
Arsenal also host lower league opposition as they welcome League One Doncaster Rovers to The Emirates.
There is one all Premier League match, as Manchester City travel to West Bromwich Albion.
See below for a run-down on the games, including predictions from former England, Crystal Palace and Tottenham midfielder Andy Gray, super agent Barrly Silkman and our own Football Insider Graeme Bailey together with everything you need to know from the bookies – with Ladbrokes.
