The final two places of the Champions League quarter-finals will be decided on Wednesday with Chelsea looking to make it three English teams in the last eight.
Manchester City and Liverpool are already through, and Chelsea are hoping to join them as they travel to Barcelona having drawn 1-1 in the first-leg at Stamford Bridge.
Antonio Conte admits his team will need to play the ‘perfect game’ to progress past Barca.
“When you play against Barcelona – a team that I consider is one of the best in the world – if you want to have a hope to win you have to play a perfect game,” Conte said.
“Every team must be prepared to suffer their possession because Barca like to dominate the game. Without the ball, you suffer, you have to suffer to defend well.
“When we have the ball we must know very well which is the way to try to score and create chances in the same way we did at Stamford Bridge.”
The other tie on Wednesday is something of a dead rubber with Bayern Munich travelling to Besiktas with a 5-0 advantage from the first leg.
