Champions League semi-final second leg Preview – Real Madrid v Bayern Munich

Holders Real Madrid continue their quest for a third straight Champions League title as they face Bayern Munich in the second-leg of their Champions League semi-final.

Real showed real spirit in the first-leg in Germany coming from a goal behind to seal a 2-1 win, with the return in the Spanish capital on Tuesday.

But coach Zinedine Zidane insists his side are not thinking that the job is already done, despite the win in the opening match.

“This is a semi-final,” said Zidane. “We know the importance of this game and what I have said, I will repeat.

“We know what we have to do but we don’t have to change anything in what we are doing. [Real need] concentration and determination in what we want to do and what we are going to do.

“We don’t have to change many things, the only thing is that we are in a semi-final and what we did in the first leg was very good.”

Bayern boss Jupp Heynckes has warned his former club that they will need to be at their best to beat the German champions.

“Real Madrid have showed they’re vulnerable even at home – they’re not invincible in spite of appearances. Madrid know it’s the game of the year and that they need to put in a great performance,” he said.
