Europa League Last 32 Preview – Second legs

Arsenal and Celtic are looking to book their places in the last 16 of the Europa League.

Arsenal already have one foot in the next round after claiming a comfortable 3-0 win over Ostersunds in Sweden last week

Arsene Wenger admits that his side have put themselves in a good position to make the next round.

“A big part is done but we have to show enough respect and love to the tournament. It’s a good opportunity for the players to show they can compete at this level,” he said.

“There is a fight for everybody in all positions at the moment.”

Celtic also won their first leg with a 1-0 triumph over Zenit St Petersburg in Glasgow, but they face a tough second leg in Russia.

And boss Brendan Rodgers is hopeful that his side can handle the pressure and progress.

“Everyone wants to qualify, you want to get through but you have to be able to play quality football,” said Rodgers.

“I think it’s important that you stay calm, to retain the emotion of the game, no matter how the game goes.
