Slavisa Jokanovic’s side – who lost out in the play-offs last season – host Norwich at home on the opening Satruday.

Aston Villa, who host relegated Hull City, and Nottingham Forest, who have Millwall coming to the City Ground, are rated next best at 7/1.

Championship favourites Middlesbrough are at Wolves, but they are not favoured to win at Molineux and are 20/1 to be top after the opening set of games.
