Defending champions Manchester City remain favourites to retain the League Cup after the draw for the fourth round.

City were handed a home clash with Fulham and shorten to 9/4 from 11/4, but the undoubted tie of the round saw Frank Lampard’s Derby drawn at Chelsea who are are 7/2 from 4/1.

Arsenal are 5/1 from 6/1 and play Blackpool at the Emirates. London rivals West Ham and Tottenham clash at the London stadium in what is arguably the tie of the round. The Hammers ease to 20/1 from 14/1 whilst Spurs are 6/1 from 5/1.
