Europe’s elite are battling for Inter Milan star Mauro Icardi.
The 25-year-old has been sensationally stripped of Inter Milan’s captaincy as talks over a new deal falter.
Icardi has two-years left on his current deal, but Inter want to tie him down with a host of clubs linked including Real Madrid, Juventus, Paris Saint Germain and England’s top clubs including Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and Tottenham.
Inter head coach Luciano Spalletti confirmed Icardi wanted to leave.
He added: “The decision to remove the captaincy from Icardi was difficult and painful, absolutely shared by all the club members and taken for the good of Inter.
“Things around him have disturbed him and the team he captained.”
As it stands Bookmakers believe that Chelsea and Paris Saint Germain are most likely to land Icardi, with both listed at 4/1 by BetVictor.
