Frank Lampard is being backed to be reunited with John Terry, but a host of his former team-mates are being linked with a move to Derby.
Terry is the first name to be linked, given his strong links with Lampard and his new assistant Jody Morris.
And Terry is just 7/4, and it is a move backed by Lampard’s own uncle and former Tottenham chief Harry Redknapp, who played a role in his nephew getting the job.
Redknapp said: “John Terry… what a signing he’d be!
“I would still take him for another year; he’s a great professional and great around the place. That would be an interesting one.
“Jody Morris [Lampard’s rumoured assistant] and John are big pals, so that fits nicely that one.”
On a list of former Chelsea favourites, Terry is rated the most likely name on the list at 7/4, just ahead of Steve Sidwell and Carlton Cole at 2/1 and 10/3 respectively.
Demba Ba is just 4/1 to make the shock move to Derby, while 8/1 says Fernando Torres follows Lampard to East Midlands.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “They boast a wealth of trophies between them but this 10-strong list are all available for free this summer and the odds suggest Lampard could make a move for a handful of them.”
