Liverpool are favourites to be the biggest spenders in the Premier League this January.

Many are expecting big money to be spent once again by the clubs in England’s top-flight, with the transfer window now open again.

It is little surprise given The Reds have already secured a £75million deal for Southampton’s Virgil Van Dijk – a world record for a defender.

After Liverpool and Bookmakers PaddyPower expect both Manchester clubs to be rivalling them in spending terms.
