Everton manager Marco Silva is the clear new favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave their job.
The Toffees have endured an in-different start to the season, but their home defeat to Sheffield United was a big blow to Silva.
Now the former Hull City and Watford boss, is being backed to be next out of the door.
The Everton boss has seen his Sack Race odds take another tumble to just 6/4.
That puts him streets ahead of second favourite, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (6/1), with Nuno Espirito Santo a surprise 10/1 shot.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “It’s hard to see how Marco Silva turns things around at Goodison Park and with pressure mounting, we think he’ll be the next Prem boss out of a job.”
