Unibet Racing’s Will Petit brings us their biggest market movers and ones to watch from Thursday’s racing action.
Three market movers on a decent Thursday of racing…
2.55pm
9/1 from 33/1
GRAND COUREUR is still the outsider of five here at Wetherby but he’s all the rage in this two mile handicap chase. He was once rated significantly higher than this and although he’s yet to win a race in 16 starts, today’s contest doesn’t look overly deep. An interesting, if seemingly speculative, gamble.
3.15pm
9/1 from 14/1
This is another five runner contest where our punters seem to fancy the outsider as DOUBLY CLEVER, on Chase debut, is our best backed in the race. He’s another who has been rated a fair bit higher and a return to form could see him in with a huge chance if he takes to the larger obstacles.
4.10pm
11/4 from 11/2
QUICK BREATH has been punted into favouritsm at Chelmsford this afternoon. He’s 1lb lower than when winning over course and distance last summer and has a perfect draw. This one looks a bit ominous given the level of support we’ve seen for him!
We are paying AN EXTRA PLACE on the 4.40 and 5.50 at Chelmsford, and the 7.00 at Newcastle.
