LUCKY ROBIN’s chase mark has dropped considerably lower than his hurdle rating and he benefits from a 7lb claim today. A soft lead looks a possibility and if he bounces back to some of his best form, as the money has suggested he might, he’d surely go very close indeed. An interesting gamble, but possibly speculative!

This represents a huge drop in class for TEASER following reasonable efforts in two good races this spring. He’s dropped a couple of pounds for those runs and this race looks very winnable. Trainer David Pipe is in great form and his 4yo favourite is very much the one punters have sided with!

When the money comes for a Paul Midgely runner you simply have to sit up and take note. He’s been running well since changing yard, including when a good second two starts back, and Graham Lee now takes over in the saddle. The yard have another runner who is shorter in the betting but it might be telling that the money this morning has been for NIBRAS AGAIN instead!
