England and Croatia clash at Wembley on Sunday with everything to play for in their Nations League decider.

Both teams could yet finish in any three of the the places on offer in Group A 4. Spain have finished their campaign on six points, whilst England and Croatia are on four – which means a win for either side will take them through to the knockout stages.

Any draw would put Spain through. A goalless draw would then see England finish second and Croatia relegated, whilst a score draw would see Croatia second and England relegated.

Elsewhere, Belgium only need a draw with Switzerland to top their group whilst Northern Ireland face Austria already knowing they have been relegated to Group C.
