Chelsea claimed the Premier League title thanks to a 1-0 win at West Bromwich Albion.
Antonio Conte’s men looked to be heading for a goalless draw, which meant their title celebrations would be put on hold until Monday against Watford.
However, with just eight minutes left and after five minutes after coming on – Belgian international Michy Batshuayi swept the ball home, for only his second goal for Chelsea, but that was enough for them to claim the title.

It is Chelsea’s fifth Premier League title and their second in three years.
After claiming the title, Conte said: “This is a great achievement for the players. I thank them for their commitment and work rate.

“They show me a great attitude to try to do something great this season. After this win we must be happy, we must be pleased.
“Every game I feel like I have played with my players! I show my passion and my will, my desire to stay with my players in every moment of the game. This is me, I am this.
“In the present, in the past, I stay with my players in positive and negative situations. We won this title together.”
Everton, who are already guaranteed 7th place in the Premier League, claimed a 1-0 win over Watford in their last league game of the season at Goodison Park.
The winner came just before the hour with Ross Barkley – subject of huge speculation about his future – curling the ball home to seal the win.
