The Boxing Day programme is one of the busiest of the season in the Premier League with all but two of the teams in action.
Liverpool lead the way at Christmas and have the chance to extend their lead to seven points as they host Newcastle United – led by their former boss Rafa Benitez.
Champions Manchester City in second will be urgently looking to bounce back from their shock home defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace at Leicester – who are coming off the back of a brilliant 1-0 win at Chelsea.
Like City, Chelsea will be anxious to recover from their unexpected loss at Stamford Bridge, and they will be hoping to do that against Watford at Vicarage Road – which would keep them in fourth.
Tottenham, lying in third, recorded a brilliant pre-Christmas win over Everton with a 6-2 thrashing of the Toffees and they will be hoping to continue their good form against Bournemouth at Wembley.
Arsenal will look to keep up the pressure on the top-four as travel to Brighton in one of the day’s late kick-offs.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first game back at Old Trafford is against Huddersfield and he will be hopeful of making it back-to-back wins after a 5-1 win at Cardiff in his opening game.
Neil Warnock will hope his Cardiff side can bounce back to victory, as he takes his Bluebirds to one of his former clubs, Crystal Palace.
The day’s opening game sees bottom-of-the-table Fulham host Wolves knowing victory would lift them off the foot.
