The final day of the Premier League season is here, with all ten games kicking off at the same time.
And unlike most years, the major issues have already been decided with only the final top-four place really up for grabs as Chelsea try and overtake Champions League finalists Liverpool in fourth.
Liverpool are in pole position and because of a goal-difference, a point at home to Brighton will suffice for Jurgen Klopp’s men.
Chelsea need to hope Liverpool lose and then win at Newcastle for any chance of making the top-four.
Swansea’s relegation is set to be confirmed, to avoid it they will need to beat Stoke at home and for Manchester City to win at Southampton – and in doing so an eight goal swing would have to occur.
A City win would see the champions become the first team in English history to break the 100-point barrier.
Arsene Wenger’s reign as Arsenal boss will come to an end at Huddersfield, and he will be hoping to do it on a high.
Elsewhere, Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and Watford all still harbour hopes of a top-half finish – which require Newcastle to lose, and if that happens, they all could move into the top-ten.
Palace’s host West Brom in their finale, Bournemouth travel to Bournemouth whilst Watford travel to Manchester United.
The final game of the day sees West Ham host Everton – which could very well see the final games in charge of their respective clubs for David Moyes and Sam Allardyce.
See below for a preview on the game, including predictions from former England, Crystal Palace and Tottenham midfielder Andy Gray and our own Football Insider Graeme Bailey and bet365’s Steve Freeth.
