Premier League Saturday Preview

Saturday sees what could be one of the games of the season as leaders Manchester City host Tottenham Hotspur in the late kick-off.

City are looking to continue their Premier League winning streak which already stands at 15, and victory will take them 14 points clear at the top as second place Manchester United do not play until Sunday.

Tottenham are looking to maintain their place in the top-four, with Arsenal, Liverpool and Burnley poised to go above them if they lose.

Chelsea have the chance to again move level on points with United as they host Southampton at Stamford Birdge.

As mentioned, sixth placed Burnley – who moved into the top-four in midweek – are looking to return there as they travel to the South Coast to take on Brighton.

Arsenal, currently seventh, could also moved into the top-four with all three points as they welcome out-of-form Newcastle to The Emirates.

The games early kick-off sees one of the league’s form sides Leicester play host to Crystal Palace, who climbed off the foot of the table in midweek.

There is an archetypal six-pointer as Stoke, just two points above the drop-zone, host second from bottom West Ham.

The final game sees Huddersfield travel to Watford.

See below for a preview on each game, including predictions from former England, Crystal Palace and Tottenham midfielder Andy Gray, super agent and former Manchester City ace Barry Silkman, our own Football Insider Graeme Bailey and bet365’s Steve Freeth.
