Premier League Saturday Preview

Saturday sees Premier League leaders Liverpool looking to continue their brilliant form at the top-of-the-table, whilst the game of the day is in Manchester as City host United.

Liverpool will be confident of maintain their unbeaten start to the season as they face out-of-form Bournemouth on the South Coast.

Champions Manchester City know they can’t afford to drop many more points, and they face neighbours Manchester United in what is sure to be a spicy affair at the Etihad in the day’s late kick-off.

The day’s opening game sees fourth placed Chelsea travel to manager-less Everton, who sacked Marco Silva on Thursday evening.

Tottenham are looking to bounce back from their first loss under Jose Mourinho as they play host to Burnley.

Crystal Palace start the weekend in 7th, and they could end it as high as 5th if they win at lowly Watford – who are yet to appoint Quique Sanchez Flores’s successor.

See below for a preview on the games, including predictions from former England, Crystal Palace and Tottenham midfielder Andy Gray and our own Football Insider Graeme Bailey and bet365’s Steve Freeth.
