The Premier League weekend finishes on Sunday with champions Manchester City looking to close the gap on leaders Liverpool.
City travel across the Pennines to face bottom-of-the-table Huddersfield Town, who are involved in their first match since the departure of David Wagner.
The other games is capital derby clash with second-from-bottom Fulham hosting Tottenham.
