Premier League Wednesday Preview

Manchester City could go 14 points clear at the top of the Premier League on Wednesday.

City, who some Bookmakers have already paid out on, travel to South Wales to face Swansea. Victory for City will give them a 15th top-flight win in a row, which would beat Arsenal’s 14-match record run in 2002.

Swansea dropped to the foot-of-the-table on Tuesday, but victory for them could take them above 16th placed Newcastle – who are looking to end their dismal run of form at home to Everton.

Manchester United will be looking to try and make sure City’s lead at the top is not extended as they host Bournemouth at Old Trafford.

Liverpool are looking to move back into the top-four, as they take on West Brom – who now find themselves in the bottom-three.

West Ham face a second successive London derby as they host Arsenal, and they will hoping to follow up their success over Chelsea with another win as they look to move out of the drop-zone.

Leicester are looking for a fourth successive win as Claude Puel’s returns to his former club Southampton.

Victory for Leicester could take them within touching distance of Tottenham, who are looking for back-to-back wins at Wembley as they host Brighton.
