The 2018 Premiership calendar gets underway this weekend with leaders Exeter looking to maintain their lead at the top as they travel to the North East to face Newcastle.

Worcester Warriors v Bath Rugby

Bath Rugby will be out to end three-match losing streak on Friday evening as they travel to Sixways to take on 11th-placed Worcester Warriors.

Form has found the Warriors recently, with three wins in five Premiership outings moving them clear of bottom side London Irish, but Bath Rugby have only lost once to Worcester in the last 10 meetings between the clubs and you would expect the West Country side to push on from sixth with a big win.

Leicester Tigers v London Irish

Ninth-placed Leicester Tigers will aim to press up the Aviva Premiership standings on Saturday as they welcome London Irish to Welford Road, which the rock-bottom side seeking a first win since Round 1.

Matt O’Connor’s Tigers have lost their last four Premiership outings and defeat in Round 13 would make it Leicester’s worst ever run in the top flight, but the Exiles are on a run of 12 straight reverses and will be a Welcome sight for the Tigers.
