Everton remain firm favourites to land former star Wayne Rooney this summer and a move back to Goodison Park is still his first choice.
Rooney’s representatives have been inundated with offers from around the world, with clubs in China and America desperate to land the 31-year-old.

Whilst not ruling out a big-money move to China or America – he believes he could do that in two to three years, but he still feels more than capable of playing in the Premier League.
Speaking himself the player admits playing first-team football could be key to him next season – given he has started just 12 league games this season, the lowest return in his career.

Rooney is currently listed as 5/2 with SkyBet to still be at Man United next season, with a Chinese moved rated at 6/4 and Everton at 15/8.
