Spain have seen their odds cut for World Cup glory after an impressive week.
Julen Lopetegui’s side claimed a 1-1 draw in Germany before thrashing Argentina 6-1 on Tuesday.
Spain have now seen their odds cut to 6/1 from 8/1 on the back of their form, although they are still rated behind Germany (9/2), Brazil (9/2) and France (11/2).
Lawrence Lyons, Spokesperson for BoyleSports commented: “The latest round of internationals has shaken up the World Cup market with Spain notable movers into 6/1 from 8/1.
“They look spoilt for choice in many areas of the pitch and although Argentina were missing Messi, such a scoreline should work wonders for Spain’s confidence.”
