Unibet’s racing trader Will Petit brings us their biggest market moves and ones to watch from this weekend’s racing action.
CHELTENHAM
12.40pm
3/1 from 12/1
Joseph O’Brien’s FAKIR D’OUDARIES has been well supported for this Triumph Hurdle Trial at Cheltenham. He won his only start for this trainer over hurdles to date at Cork, beating 21 other rivals but he has plenty of experience from his French days and he is our best backed horse of the day.
1.15pm
100/30 from 6/1
A sustained gamble on SPIRITOFTHEGAMES sees Dan Skelton’s top weight vying for favouritism in this Novices’ Handicap. The rangy 7yo impressed at Chepstow earlier in the season and he’s been popular with punters back in handicap company today.
3.35pm
9/2 from 7/1
The Stayers’ Hurdle at this year’s Cheltenham Festival looks a really open contest and a number of horses will be looking to show their credentials in the Cleeve Hurdle this afternoon. AUX PTITS SOINS, another Skelton inmate, is the pick for Unibet customers this morning having been as big as 7/1 first show. He’s now into favourite for what looks a fascinating race. Essential viewing.
LINGFIELD
4.15pm
4/1 from 10/1
HOLY KINGDOM has been smashed in the lucky last at Lingfield Park. The Tom Clover yard know how to land a gamble and the well drawn 3yo once again has the assistence of Unibet ambassador and leading jockey Luke Morris. This looks ominous.
We’re paying an extra place on the 4.10pm at Cheltenham, the 2.50pm at Uttoxeter and the 3.15pm at Doncaster. As ever, prices are subject to change.
